Madeline J. Edward (Johnson)

Beloved Mother and Grandmother, Madeline J. Edward (Johnson), went to be with our Lord on January 10, 2022.
Madeline was born on March 23, 1951 in New Orleans, LA to Youla Phillips. She was raised by her adopted Mother Lucy Houston. She had many brothers and sisters and is survived by her sister Desiree Phillips, her sister in law Evelyn Houston, and niece Dianne Hogan.
She has two sons, Nicholas Shawn Edward (Mary) and Jeremy Shane Edward (Elora) with Jessie Edward III. She has one son, Adam Joshua Jupiter Sr. (Shanell) with Albert Jupiter Jr. She has eight grandchildren, Taylor B. Marshall, Drayiana N. Holmes, Adam J. Jupiter Jr., Jayden S. Edward, Samantha A. Jupiter, Emily G. Edward, Aiden J. Jupiter, and Jordan S. Edward.
Madeline’s sons and grandchildren filled her life with joy. Her favorite moments were spent singing and listening to music and watching her family dance. She loved to be surrounded by her family.
