Marie Bryan

Maude Marie Bryan, 78, passed away Monday, Dec. 24, 2012.

Celebration of life: Maude's life will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at Lucas Funeral Home in Grapevine.

Ms. Bryan's wishes were to be cremated, leaving the following:

If you must bury something, let it be my faults, my weaknesses, and all prejudice against my fellow man.

Give my sins to the devil.

Give my soul to God.

If, by chance, you wish to remember me, do it with a kind deed or word to someone who needs you.

If you do all I asked, I will live forever.

Ms. Bryan was born and lived in Shreveport, La., all her life until November 2006, when she moved to Keller. She was a retired secretary having worked for Haliburton Services in Shreveport.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ina and Frank R. Bryan Sr., and her brother, Frank R. Bryan Jr.

Survivors: Sister, Irene Binyon and her husband, William E.; seven nieces and nephews; seven great-nieces and nephews; two great-great nieces and nephews.
