Marilyn Lou Stover, 85, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017, in Keller.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday in the sanctuary of Keller United Methodist Church, 1025 Johnson Road, Keller. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Lucas Keller Funeral Home, 1601 South Main St., Keller. Interment: Lincoln Memorial Park, Aurora, Ill.
Memorials: In lieu of usual remembrances, the Stover family suggests contributions in Marilyn's memory to Heritage House of Keller, 1150 Whitley Road, Keller 76248.
Marilyn Lou Stover was born Aug. 6, 1931, in Moscow Mills, Missouri, the youngest of four children to the late Joseph and Annie Hill Dyer. Marilyn had many things in her life that she dearly loved. Among them were her family, her job with the airlines from which she retired after 22 years of dedicated service, horseback riding, the Dallas Mavericks, the Texas Rangers and the St. Louis Cardinals.
She was a member of Keller United Methodist Church for 27 years.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Stover in 1973; her parents; and her siblings.
Survivors: Daughters, Maureen Cooke and Denise Sims and husband, Terry; grandchildren, Jason Patrick Moloney and wife, Velvet, and Shannon Lynn Perry and husband, Shannon; great-grandchildren, Connor Patrick and Brady Paul Moloney; great-niece, Lisa Jansen-Rees and husband, Jim; honorary granddaughter, Kimberley Sims; honorary great-grandchildren, Makayla and Asher Perry, Hunter Sims, and Matthew and Hayden Alsup; and a host of loving friends and church family.
