Marjorie Louise Stewart

Marjorie Louise (Stockard) Stewart, age 91, passed away on August 28, 2020 in Richland Hills, Texas. She was born on October 20, 1928 to the late Ophelia Mabel Gordan Stockard and Troy V. Stockard. Marjorie loved her family and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed sewing, puzzles, and country music.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of over 55 years, Beryl Byron Stewart; brothers, Hollis Stockard, Ray Stockard, Kenneth Stockard and sister, Venita Dederick.

Marjorie is survived by her adoring children, daughter, Rhonda Cowling of Richland Hills; son, Michael Beryl Stewart and wife, Paula of Hurst, Texas; son, Jeffrey Stewart and wife, Jan of Newark, Texas; grandchildren, Deidra Cowling, Darren Cowling and wife, Andrea, Dayla Richards, Spencer Stewart and wife, Keri, Jessica Fuester and husband, Phillip, Parker Stewart, Micah Stewart and wife, Ginny, Tory Steelman and husband, Daman, Haley Stewart and husband, Cody Brackeen, Jared Stewart, Andrew Fletcher and wife Kristina, Aaron Natho and husband, Robert, and Aaron Hill and wife, Desi; 28 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Carroll Stockard of Chico, Texas.

There will be visitation held from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M., on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville under the direction of Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst.
