Mark Donn Heath, aged 67 of Keller, Texas, passed away Tuesday, January 31st, 2023 in Fort Worth, Texas. He will be greatly missed.
Mark was born Tuesday, October 18th, 1955 in Watford, Hertfordshire, England, UK to loving parents Donn G. Heath and Jean E. Heath.
The greatest loves of Mark’s life was his family. His cherished wife of 43 years, Margaret (Maggie) Heath, met in 1979 and married May 26th 1980. Together they moved to the United States in 1982 and set down roots. They became foster parents, eventually adding Barry and Jennifer (Jenna) to their family. As Barry grew and started a family of his own, Mark was blessed with 2 grandchildren, Caleb and Landyn Heath. His grandchildren were his world.
Mark stayed busy his entire life, actively running 10k marathons 3 times a week. He played guitar and loved reading and watching Sci-Fi. He rode motorcycles, and visited the Isle of Man for the tourist trophy races. He cheered for his favorite Dallas Cowboys.
Mark is preceded in death by his grandparents, Elsie Payne, George and Ivy Heath; his uncle, Ray Usher; and his mother and father-in-law, Hilda and Charles Dell.
Mark is survived by his father and stepmother, Donn G. and Sylvia Heath; his mother, Jean E. Heath; his wife, Margaret Heath; his aunt, Pam Usher; his uncle, Michael Payne; his sisters, Sally Bellamy (Michael Bellamy) and Lucy Peacock (Paul Peacock); his children Barry and Jennifer (Jenna) Heath; his cousin, Philip Usher; his nieces and nephews, (Charlotte Allen, Alice Bellamy, Jack Bellamy, Becky Godfrey, George Peacock, Joe Peacock); his beloved grandchildren Caleb and Landyn Heath; and too many other beloved family and friends to count.
A visitation will be held 2 o’clock pm, Friday, February 10th, 2023 at Lucas Funeral Home located at 1601 S. Main St, Keller, Texas 76248. A funeral service will be held 3 o’clock pm, Friday, February 10th, 2023 at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller, Texas. A reception will be held following the funeral service at Shotzee’s located at 134 S Main St, Keller, Texas 76248.
