Mary Shannon (Tucker) Barkley

Mary Shannon (Tucker) Barkley was born on March 20, 1950 in Fort Worth, Texas to the late Lorraine (Bjerring) Tucker and Robert Lee Tucker. She passed away on December 30, 2021 also in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 71 years old. She was a graduate of Tremble Technical High School and retired from Humana as a medical coder. She was a member of Shady Oaks Baptist Church in Hurst. She loved to make jewelry and she adored her family. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mary is survived by son, Sean Tucker and wife, Maho of Chandler, Arizona; daughter, Mignonne Renee Ledger and husband, Kevin of North Richland Hills, Texas; grandchildren, Max Tucker, Mia Tucker, Magnus Tucker, Ian Ledger, and Mackenzie Ledger; brothers, David Tucker of Fort Worth, Texas; David Hoggard and wife, Jill of Minnesota, and Roger Hoggard and wife, Pam of Watauga, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial celebration will be held at 6:30 P.M., Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Shady Oaks Baptist Church located at 1336 Cavender Drive, Hurst, Texas 76053.
