Ann Browning

Mary Ann “Ann” Browning, 82, of North Richland Hills, TX, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at her home. She was born on July 1, 1942, to Charles James “Jim” Hooper and Mary Imogene “Jean” Hooper Jones in Steele, Missouri.

Ann was the devoted mother of Mary Munroe, Joanne Young and Laura Smith, adoring “Grana” of Misti Munroe, Katie Munroe, Matthew Munroe, Christopher Young, Macy Smith and Andrew Smith, and doting great-grandmother of Raylia Young, Leyla Munroe and Olivia Munroe. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles James “Jim” Hooper and Mary Imogene “Jean” Jones, and stepfather Ernest Wesley Jones.

Her life’s greatest joys were her love and devotion to her family and friends who are going to miss her very much.

A celebration of her life will be held in memorial at Lucas Funeral Home on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 2:00pm.
