Mary Ann Bruno

Bedford - Mary Ann Bruno, 86, passed away Sunday, August 1, 2021 at her home. Mary was born November 22, 1934 in Brock, Texas to J. E. and Ruby Phillips. She graduated Diamond Hill High School in Fort Worth, Texas. Mary Ann married Richard Dale Bruno January 31, 1953. They were married for 29 years. She worked in accounting for various title companies. Mary Ann loved her children fiercely. She paid attention to details and had kept small diaries for years. She had a flare for adventure – water skiing and motorcycling to Kentucky. She also enjoyed working in the yard, putting puzzles together, reading and traveling the world wide. She was preceded in death by her parents, J. E. and Ruby Phillips; husband, Richard; son, Bobby Bruno and daughter, Beverly Bruno. Those left to cherish her memory: son, Lynn Bruno and his wife Paula; grandchildren, James Bruno, Andrew Bruno, Kayla Hagen, Ashley Robinson, Bailey Filkil, Marissa McLanahan; and 12 great-grandchildren.
