Mary E Eaton

Mary Ellen Eaton, 71, of Euless Texas went to be with the Lord on Saturday February 23, 2019 at home after a long illness. Mary was born on June 11, 1947 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Herman and Anna Miller.

Mary married Jim Eaton in 2001 and they enjoyed a very happy and fulfilling marriage. They were best friends. After marrying Jim, Mary made the decision to complete her college degree. She worked hard and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2011. This was one of her proudest accomplishments. She loved learning and continued to take Art classes at Tarrant County College. Her two focuses in the Arts were photography and ceramics.

She was an Air Force Veteran who served at Barksdale Air Force Based in Louisiana starting in 1965 until she was honorably discharged in 1967. After the Air Force, she went to work for IBM as a Field Service Engineer. After a few years at IBM Mary left and started a career as a truck driver. She enjoyed the independence of being on the open road. Mary was always independent and she was a strong person. She was a great friend to have and she will be greatly missed.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents Herman and Anna Miller and she is survived by her loving husband Jim Eaton, brother Ed and his wife Barbara, son John and his wife Valerie, son Brent and his wife Nancy, son Chris and his wife Kerri, son Blake and his wife Chris, 14 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Family will be receiving guest one hour prior to service. 9:00 am
