Mary Ellen Foehner of Hurst, Texas graduated into Glory May 16,2024 11:53AM at home with loving family and friends surrounding her. She will be remembered as a loving sister, aunt and friend to all that knew and loved her. Ellen was a voice pointing everyone she met to a personal relationship to Jesus Christ her Lord and Savior. Ellen was born on September 7, 1935 in Sayre, Oklahoma. Ellen was preceded in death by husband Merle Dean Foehner in 2003. She was a faithful wife of Dean Foehner for 46 years. Proceeded in death by her parents James O. Brown, her father and Martha Ryle Brown, her mother, and a sister Juanita Wilson (husband Bob). Ellen graduated from Odessa High School in Texas. Also graduated business college Augusta, Georgia. She worked joyfully and tirelessly In the church and in community service. The highlight of Ellen's day was spending time with the Lord, reading her Bible and worshipping Him. She enjoyed fellowship with like minded believers. Ellen is survived by brother Jimmy L. Brown (Caroline), sisters Jo M Jack and Sue Fleenor (Neal deceased husband), Carol Foehner (Larry deceased husband) and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a Celebration of life service June 1, 2024 11 :00 AM at The
Consumed Church 7601 Precinct Line Road, North Richland Hills, TX 76182.
There will be a burial service at the National Cemetery In Dallas 11AM beside her husband Dean.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Amira's House P.O. Box 240, Keller. TX 76244, The Montessori School at Consumed Church. and World Challenge INC. P.O. box 8930, Pueblo, CO 81008.
