Mary Maxine Richeson age 91 of Burleson, Texas went to be with the Lord Wednesday, December 1, 2021 in Burleson. She was born August 3, 1930 in Benton, Illinois to Lena and Joseph Spani. Maxine enjoyed going to garage sales, tending to her yard, cooking and she was an exceptional baker. She was a great seamstress and hard worker. Working into her 80’s before retiring.
Her earlier work history consisted of Head Cook at Bronco Cafe on south side of Ft. Worth, Office Clerk in credit Dept. of Zales Jewelers downtown Ft.Worth and Real Estate Agent. She spent her later years working for Alamo Title Company of Ft. Worth and finishing her public service with Rattikin Title of Ft.Worth on Race St. She enjoyed serving the public thru her secretarial/clerical skills.
She always Loved Music and Especially Gospel Music traveling with her late husband " Bud" to attend Gospel Shows and during their travels they enjoyed going to Flea Markets and Trade Days. In her young adult life she wrote a song sung by the Great Late Connie Frances.
The Matriarch of her beloved family who was strong and powerful in her devotion for her family through her endless love and hard work with always being a peacekeeper setting the example before us at all times. She will always be missed and never forgotten. Love you always and forever.
Maxine was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, John E. Richeson; son, Gary Gray; sister, Geraldine Fischer; and brothers, Phillip, Howard, Charles and Harry Spani.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory; daughter, Diana Parkhill and husband Jimmy; son, Donald Gray; grandchildren, D.J., Krystal, Holly, Roy, Dorothy, Ramona, Debra, David and Kristi; great-grandchildren, Kayla, DeLaney, Jose, Kadyn, Payton, Isabella, Jackson, BriAnna, Allyson, Adrea, Ashli, Tom, Santiago, Eric, Jessica, Neely, Nicole, Jeremy, Brooklyn, Nathan and Anthony; brothers, George Spani and Pastor Jack Spani; and numerous nieces nephews extended family and friends.
