Matthew Charles Harnest, who was lovingly known as M.C. or Tuko, went to be with our Lord in the early morning hours of July 18, 2024. He wanted to take one last joy ride before selling his motorcycle the next day and making his momma happy. Unfortunately, it was indeed his final ride. Born on January 26, 2003 in Fort Worth, Texas, he is survived by his loving wife, Samantha; his brother, Mattox; his mother, Maylyn Reibold and stepfather, Jared; stepbrother, Colton; father, Matt Harnest; paternal grandmother, June Chavern; maternal grandparents, Marcelo and Rosalyn Maasin; father and mother-in-law, Ricardo and Daniela Segura; Aunts Cynthia, Valerie, Pamela, Cheryl, Maedine and Roselle; Uncle, Mossen; his best friend, Josh, and several other relatives around the world.
MC graduated from Northwest High School in Justin, Texas and started his artistic career at the age of 13 as an amateur musician. Then, at the age of 14, he started tattooing himself with an Amazon tattoo kit that blossomed into a highly successful journey as a tattoo artist. It comforts us to know that his legacy will live on forever through the creative ink expressions he placed on many people. MC loved life and connected with every person he met. He was instrumental in spreading the word of God especially after his first motorcycle accident in 2017. He poured his heart into everything he did. MC was curious about the world around him. He sang, danced, and made people laugh, always with a big smile that brightened up the room. MC always saw the best in everyone, was generous, quick to forgive, loving and kind. His family is comforted knowing that he was a strong Christian who loved and served God with all his heart. His strong faith and relationship with the Almighty will help bring some peace to them and his friends.
