Matthew Lee Ryan passed away on November 21, 2017. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst.
Matt grew up in Austin and graduated from Westwood High School. He went to Austin Community College and then graduated with his Bachelors Degree from Concordia University Texas. Matt worked for Ameritrade for 12 years. He loved to laugh and loved to make other people laugh. His smile could light up a room. Matt enjoyed music, especially playing the guitar, movies and going out to eat. He will be sorely missed by all that knew and loved him.
Matt was preceded in death by his grandmother, Doris McQueen.
He is survived by his mother, Roxine Ryan; father, Randy Ryan; sister, Angel Ryan; nephew, Ryan Leber; grandparents, Roy and Betty Ryan; Aunts, Patty Jenkins and husband, Scott; Sandy Devin and husband, Jim; Charlotte West and husband, Bob; Candace Daniel and husband, Everett, Brenda Holt and husband, John; Charmaine Gross and Wendy Howell; uncle, Jeff Ryan and wife, Charlotte; and many cousins, other extended family and friends.
