Melody Love Kelley

Melody Kelley (59) on April 6, 2014 made her journey with the angels after losing her battle to leukemia. Melody Love Welborn was born on March 2, 1955 in Fort Worth to Joe C. and Geraldine Welborn. Melody attended Trinity High School and graduated from Grapevine High School in 1973 and T.C.J.C. in 1994.

On September 1, 1995 Melody married her best friend Mark Andrew Kelley. She cherished and loved life, family and friends from all around the world and beloved by all. Melody has been retired for several years after serving as office manager with the family business. She is a member of First Baptist Church in Lewisville, Texas.

Melody is survived by her husband of nearly 19 blissful years, son Joshua and wife Jenny Seder, son David Seder, son Kristopher and wife Elle Kelley, daughter Kristina Kelley, mother Geraldine Welborn, brother James and wife Christine Welborn, sister Stella and husband Chuck Clower, sister Monica Welborn, grand-daughters Addison and Autumn Kelley, thirteen nieces and nephews and thirteen grand-nieces and nephews along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be 6:30 to 8:30 P.M. on Thursday April 10, 2014 at Lucas Funeral Home with services at 11:00 A.M. on Friday April 11, 2014 at 700 W. Wall St. Grapevine, Texas 817-488-7566.
