Michael Jack Baugh was born May 28th, 1998 to Jack Baugh and Sandra Wood. Michael was tragically killed in Arpin, WI by a wrong way driver on December 26th, 2023. He was only 25, living his best life and looking so forward to the future. He leaves behind his sister Brandi (Dwayne) niece's Jaycee and Rylee, Brothers Jerry and Brian, Aunt Nadra - cousin Lindy and daughter Lyric, Cousin Jason (Renita) and children Chloe, Grayson and Emmi, Uncle Ricky, Aunt Debbie (Steve) and children Connor and Megan, Stepfather Sammy and Stepmother Leslie. His loving fiancé, Alissah and her family - Jeff, Lisa, Thunder, Olivia, Autumn and Aiden. He also leaves behind numerous other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Gene and Jodie Ward and Jack and Diana Gilligan.
Michael was a social butterfly. Even at a young age. He never met a stranger and was always the first person to check on someone if they were hurt or having a bad day. He was always fun to be around. He was a Christian and loved going to church and youth camps. One of his favorite possessions was a Bible his Mimi gave him.
To say he loved sports is an understatement. He lived sports! You could ask him about a players statistics, a team’s standings, what number a NASCAR driver was and he’d immediately give you an answer. It was his dream to meet Dirk Nowitzki. That dream came true at an FC Dallas game. He also had the opportunity to work the Dallas Cowboy sidelines helping the camera crew, as well as 2 Houston Texan games. Michael also loved trains and airplanes. He and his grandmother enjoyed attending train club meetings together. Along with his future father-in-law, Jeff, they were diligently working on a model railroad and airport together.
Michael was born with Noonan Syndrome. Even on his worst days, he still found joy. He lived everyday like it was his last. As a child, he was in karate, baseball, basketball, soccer, swimming, scouts and piano. In high school, he was asked by the football coach to be the team manager. He was also asked by the basketball coach to be the basketball manager. He took these roles very seriously. At senior night, he was given a standing ovation by the football team.
Another role he took very seriously was that of an Uncle. He adored his nieces, Jaycee and Rylee.
Michael, I know I told you this many times, I’m so proud of you! I was so blessed to be your Mom! I love you, son. Until we meet again.
