Michael William Cobb

Michael William Cobb from Burleson, Texas passed away April 25, 2023. Michael was born in Fort Worth, Texas and graduated from Burleson High School. He was the owner of Bill Cobb and Sons Plumbing Inc. that has served Burleson residents for over 50 years. Mike loved bringing friends and family together with his cooking, especially barbequing. He enjoyed riding Harleys, boot making, art, music, and diet Dr. Pepper with extra lime. Mike was known for his selfless acts of service and kindness to those in need. Mike had a unique ability to create long lasting friendships with many people throughout his 68 years. He was quick witted, bringing joy and laughter everywhere he went. Mike was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He was an avid supporter of the nonprofit organization Operation Underground Railroad.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Cobb, his children Matt Cobb, Sean Cobb and Mary Willden, and grandchildren; Carson, Kyler, Juliet, Mason, Tucker and Jud, and his siblings; Mark Cobb and Tina Bauer. He was preceded in death by his father Billy F Cobb and his mother Angelene Greene.

The viewing will be held April 29, 2023 at 4:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 390 FM 731 Burleson, Texas 76028 followed by the funeral service at 5:30 PM. If you would like to contribute in memory of Mike, please donate to Operation Underground Railroad.
