Michael Lee O'Rear passed away peacefully at home in Grapevine on Monday, May 25, 2015 with his wife's hand in his. He was 74 years of age.
Funeral Service: 2:00 pm, Saturday in the Lucas Funeral Home of Grapevine Chapel with Pastor Frank Roberson, officiating. Interment is to follow at the Historic Grapevine Cemetery. Visitation: The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 pm, Friday in the Lucas Funeral Home of Grapevine Parlor.
Michael was born on September 4, 1940 in Houston, Texas. He was a hardworking man who loved his family and will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his loving wife, June O'Rear; children, April Hart, Kathy Locke and David O'Rear; grandchildren, Jeffrey Henry, Matthew Henry, Andrew Locke, Timothy Locke, Caleb Locke, Patrick O'Rear, Rachel Dildy, Amanda Jones, Katie Locke, Lizzie Locke, Emily Locke and Hannah Hart; great-grandchild, Jonah Michael Henry; siblings, Rose Mary Goodwin, Pat Bowen and Joan Curry.
