Michael Rozmyslowicz

Michael Rozmyslowicz, 91, passed away May 3 ,2019. He was born on September 22, 1927 in Yonkers, NY. At the age of 18, Michael went to serve in WWII and was honorably discharged. After the war, he then went on to graduate from Pace University. That degree took him to American Airlines, where he then worked for the next 42 years and rumor has it he called in sick one time for only 1 day. This could be why he was affectionately known by his co-workers as the Wizard of Roz. During his remarkable career is where he met his love, our mother, Jeanette Samples. Together they enjoyed 30 years of travel, square and ballroom dancing. Jean’s children are eternally grateful for the love, devotion and daily dedication Michael had for her. Michael is preceded in death by his parents Anna and Gregory who immigrated to the United States from Poland.
A private memorial Mass will be celebrated at St Michael’s Catholic Church, in Bedford, Texas. Interment will be at the Cemetery of the Gate of Heaven in Hawthorne, N.Y.
