Micheal W. Conner

June 6, 1949 — August 2, 2018

Micheal Wayne Conner, 69, of Burleson passed away on Thursday, August 2, 2018.
Celebration of Life: 1-4 p.m. Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Cooter Brown's in Burleson.

Micheal was loved by many people. He was always willing to help out someone in need, especially if it involved fixing things or cooking. He was an amazing builder and welder; though, he was good at so many things- an all-around handy man. It brought joy to him to make others happy. Micheal worked at Miller Brewing Company for 36 years (1976-2010). He was an SAL member of the American Legion Post 624. Micheal had a passion for Harley Davidson motorcycles and spent many years riding, creating lasting memories with his family and friends. He loved Boston Terriers, Rotties, and “The Old Rugged Cross”. He was also a devoted Texan and Dallas Cowboys fan. He and his wife had annual wagers on the Cowboys versus Eagles games. Micheal had several quotes by which to be remembered. He would say, “No man can have too many tools”. When asked if he'd lived in TX all his life, he'd tell people “not yet I'm still alive”. He always said he wanted to go out with his boots on, and his wish was granted. Micheal will truly be missed.
A memorial fund is set up at Cooter Brown's, or you can contact his wife directly. Any donations are appreciated.
Micheal is survived by his wife, Tammy, as well as their five children, many grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
