Mickey Dean Kendrick

Mickey Kendrick Sr. of Southlake, Texas passed away on August 4 th , 2023, shortly after his 72 nd birthday. After years of battling many heath issues, he passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones. Mickey was born on July 2 nd , 1951, in Pawhuska, Oklahoma to Gene and Rusty Kendrick. He grew up on the farm and was a very active member in the 4H. He attended Oklahoma State University and served in the Oklahoma National Guard. On June 4, 1971, he married the love of his life, Rose Mary. Together they raised three children. After moving to Texas, Mickey “Mr. Truck” Kendrick began his journey in the Automotive industry where he established himself as one of the premier Ford truck salesmen/Sales Managers in the southwest region. He achieved many awards including Sales Manager of the Year. He loved helping and mentoring people and never met a stranger. He is survived by his wife Rose Mary, his son Mickey Jr (wife Corey), his daughters Michelle (husband Justin) and Mary (husband Richard), his 6 grandchildren Deonna, Zach, Tara, Mackenzie, Alex, and Victor, his brothers Bill and Larry, and his sister Gay.
