If we could share the overwhelming number of kind words, thoughts and memories of Mitch that have been expressed to us by hundreds in the last few days, they would make the whole of this obituary. The most common theme - Mitch’s kind soul. He was not perfect, but he absolutely had a kind, submissive heart. Why is it that the kind-hearted seem to struggle the most in this life? He fought his internal battle long and hard. He loved his family deeply and sorrowed when they felt his pain. And so, he kept his pain hidden too long. Until he couldn’t anymore. And, then he reached out to almost everyone of his family and closest friends for help and guidance. And, they reached toward him. We all changed for the better. Perhaps, there are some not meant for a long stay in this world. Perhaps, their impact is so strong that their time here does not need to be long. If this is true, then for all who knew and loved Mitch, he was one of them.
Mitchell’s family that love him dearly -
His parents, Rob and Lauren Davis. His sisters, Taylor Wright and Brooklyn. His brothers, Everett, Bryce and Spencer and brother-in-law, Russ Wright.
His grandparents, Bill and Ardena Guidry, Steve and Shirley (Noni) Davis, and Judy Whitehall and all of his loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
