Nadia Williams, 63, of Hurst Texas. Passed away on December 26, 2023
Nadia was born January 3, 1960 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Isabel & Roberto Ortiz.
Nadia was beautiful and brilliant. She was smarter than she would let people believe. She loved to learn. She would talk current events with anyone that would listen. She loved astronomy, history and the ocean.
Nadia was married to the late Steven Fox & while young and smitten, traveled as an army wife to Hawaii and there had her daughter Jeanine. Continuing to travel, and ending back in Colorado Springs, she met and fell in love with the love of her life, the late Donald Miles Williams. They married November 1987 & with the Army, moved to Germany, where they had their son, Justin. After living in Pennsylvania several years, Nadia finally made a home in Texas with her daughter Jeanine & her family.
Anyone that was lucky enough to truly know her, loved her. She was easy to love. And she loved her family. Her kids were the most important people in her life, along with her grand babies. Her son in law was her third child and she loved him as her own.
Nadia is survived by two children; daughter Jeanine Phelps (husband Lewis), son, Justin Williams, two grandchildren; Isabella & Cube (Phelps), sisters; to Roberto Ortiz II (wife Beth), Maria Giron (husband Luis), Isabel Jimenez (husband Eduardo), Dalia Ortiz, and
numerous nieces & nephews.
