Nancy Carol Haas

Nancy Carol Haas, 71, of Burleson passed away Sunday March 4, 2018 at a local hospital. Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, April 7 at the Lucas and Blessing Funeral Home Chapel, 518 SW Johnson Ave. Burleson, Tx. Rev. Jennifer Innis will officiate.
Nancy has a passion to see new things and liked to see the wonderful sites in the country. She spent over 28 years with her husband traveling the United States for his work and was always excited to go to a new place and meet new people and see new areas. She had a great passion spending time with her pet parrots Smokie and Rosie which she loved dearly and in turn they loved her too. She really liked to go to the racetrack in Ennis, Texas for the races there, and watch all the cars. She always had an upbeat attitude and would generally have a smile for everyone she ever met. She always left a good impression on everyone that met her. She was most proud of being a mother that had two wonderful children with five grandchildren and two wonderful great grandchildren, her biggest accomplishment in life. Nancy is survived by her husband Douglas of Burleson; sons, Steven Lloyd White, Jeremy Wayne Haas; daughter, Kimberley Carol Taylor and her husband Jed; brothers, Richard Martinez, Stanley Junior White and his wife Kay; sisters, Virginia Jones, Debbie McGrath and her husband John, Thelma Emery, Pam Cooke, and Diane Sherman; Grandchildren, Amber, Steven Jr., Heather, Jordan, and Jarrod White; Great-grandchildren, Tannar, and James White.
