Neil Oliver Orton

Neil Oliver Orton’s love of life didn’t come to an end with his death. Neil passed away on June 14, 2021 at the age of 78 surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest.

Born January 11, 1943, Neil lived his life through dedication to his family. Neil was a husband to his surviving wife, Mary Margaret Orton. Neil enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his bride of over 50 years.

Neil’s presence on Earth gave gifts of joy to many through his outgoing and friendly nature to everyone he met. But his greatest gift to mankind was his surviving daughters, Kelly Rose Korur and Anissa Diane McDole, and five surviving grandchildren: Riley Rose McDole, Kyla Grace McDole, Cooper James McDole, Leonardo William Korur, and Maximus Oliver Korur. Neil not only made these treasures possible, but molded them into the strong, independent people they are today. Neil is also survived by his son-in-laws: Riza Korur and Jamie McDole.

The simplest pleasures in life gave great joy to Neil. He will now join his parents Neil Bryant Orton and Rose Donofrio, as well as his brother Bruce Alan Orton, in eternal life.

Please join us in remembering Neil in a celebration of his life with visitation on Sunday, June 20, 2021, at Lucas Funeral Home (1601 South Main Street; Keller, Texas 76248) from 6 pm to 8 pm. Rosary will begin at 7 pm.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am, Monday, June 21, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (2016 Willis Lane, Keller, Texas 76248). Burial will follow at Medlin Cemetery in Trophy Club.
