Neva Lois Boller

Neva Lois Boller, 62 of Bedford, Texas passed away on Friday September 22 in her home.

Visitation will be held at Lucas Funeral Home on September 29th from 6 to 8 pm. Funeral Service will be held at the Bedford Road Church of Christ in Bedford, TX on Saturday September 30th at 10am with Patrick McCary from Winchester, VA officiating. Burial will follow at Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery in Fort Worth, TX. Following the burial there will be a meal prepared at the Bedford Road Church of Christ.

Neva was born in McAllen, TX to Jeff and Eva Wilson on March 18th, 1955. She went to high school at McAllen High School, graduated in 1974, and was married on June 3rd of that same year. She loved children; she worked as a caregiver for children for many years, both in her home and established Day Cares. She and her husband were known for their hospitality and willingness to share what they had with others. She enjoyed painting, connecting with others on FaceBook, and finding a bargain. She was involved with Girl Scouts in her younger years, and enjoyed volunteering at her church home. Neva was a faithful member of Bedford Road Church of Christ where she always looked forward to Ladies Bible Class. She deeply cared for others even going as far as staying with others for extended periods of time such as when her grandchildren were born, when her mother was recovering from a surgery, and caring for her mother-in-law in her final weeks. She loved her husband and children very much.

Neva is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Boller, of Bedford, TX, her four children: her daughters Heather (Patrick) McCary, Amber (Marc) Gutierrez, Danielle (Justin) Tinsley, her son William “Will” Boller; her sisters Shirley (Robert) Smith, Diana (Wayne) Bishop, Liz (Bob) O’neal, her brother-in-law David Massey; her grandchildren Elena and Joel McCary, Legend and Hero Gutierrez , Kaitlyn and Kalvin Tinsley; and, among many nieces and nephews, Zach and Zabrina Swingle with whom she had influence in raising. She is preceded in death by her father Jeff Wilson, mother Eva Wilson, sister Judaka "Judy Kay" Massey, and nephew Stephen Massey.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Bedford Road Church of Christ or the Brown Trail School of Preaching.
