Noah Eugene Paitsel, 79, of Arlington passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. Funeral Service: 12 p.m. Thursday at Tate Springs Baptist Church with a visitation an hour prior. Interment: 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery with military honors. Noah was born in Princeton, West Virginia and worked as a Coal Miner in Oceana West Virginia for over 33 years. He served his country faithfully in the Army as a paratrooper during the Korean Conflict. Eugene was a true servant of God who both physically and financially built the pastor and family rooms at Oceana First Church of God, where he also served as chairman. Upon moving to Texas, he became involved in Tate Springs Baptist Church where he served and attended for 14 years. Eugene was a very loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who loved his family dearly. He spent his latter years watching his grandchildren which was one of his favorite hobbies. Eugene is preceded in passing by his parents, Gordon and Ethel Paitsel and sister, Freida. Survivors: Wife, Sharon Paitsel; daughter, Rhonda Goins; sons, Greg Paitsel and Mike Paitsel of West Virginia; step-sons, Randy Mallory Jr. and wife Kim, Shaun Mallory and wife Anna, Nathan Mallory and wife Michelle; brother, Gilbert Paitsel; mother-in-law, Norma Wallace; 19 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and numerous other loving family members and friends.
