Nolan M. Fisher

Nolan M. Fisher was born on July, 26 1923 in Kerens, TX. He entered the Air Force after high school and
while in the Air Force, he met the love of his life, Doris Skinner. They married on January, 25 1944. They
had four children, Stephen, Janet, Susan, and Merrill. Nolan was a minister for many years; thereafter,
pursued a career as a social case worker. He loved tending to his garden and yard, taking walks, playing
with his grandchildren and telling jokes. He entered heaven on January 17, 2019. He was preceded in
death by his wife, Doris, and two sons, Stephen and Merrell. He is survived by his two daughters, Susan
and Janet, five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
