Norman Sylvester Anderton III

Norman Anderton, 76, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. He was a dedicated husband, a cherished father, grandfather, great grandfather, and a beloved friend to many. His life was a testament to unwavering love, deep faith, and enduring kindness.
Born on July 15, 1947 to Norman Sylvester Anderton II and Laura Emma Ross, Norman lived a life guided by his faith in God. He was a devout believer whose unwavering spirituality shone through in every aspect of his life. His commitment to Jesus was matched only by his immense love for his family.
Norman was a devoted family man. He cherished the time spent with his wife, Beverly, his eight children, twelve grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. Norman’s family was his pride and joy. His wisdom, life lessons, and love will continue to resonate in their lives, shaping their futures and guiding their paths.
Norman pursued a career in pharmacy, graduating from the University of Texas in Austin. His expertise and dedication were recognized throughout his career, leading to numerous accolades and achievements. His colleagues remember him not only for his professional competence but also for his warmth and willingness to help others.
A faithful Christian, Norman was an active member of the church, volunteering his time and resources to various charitable causes. His warm smile, compassionate heart, and willingness to serve touched the lives of many.
Norman’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and kindness that will continue to inspire generations to come.
A celebration of Norman’s life will be held on December 22, at Lucas Funeral Home, 1601 South Main, Keller, TX 76248 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
We find peace knowing that Norman is reunited with the God he faithfully served and surrounded by the love he so generously shared.
