Patricia Anne Mccoy

Patricia Anne McDaniel McCoy, 86, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2020 in Grapevine, Texas. She was the widow of John Mac McCoy, Sr. They shared 45 years of marriage together.
Patricia was born on August 26, 1933 in Dallas, Texas. She was the daughter of Lottie Mae Murphy and Edwin Logan McDaniel. She had one brother, Edwin Logan McDaniel, Jr. She was a wonderful homemaker and mother and earned her Licensed Vocational Nursing degree. She worked at Arlington Memorial Hospital. She loved to sew and quilt and enjoyed gardening with her husband, John.
She enjoyed her church activities at the Good Shepherd Methodist Church in Arlington and then at the First United Methodist Church in Coppell. She was a Vitas hospice volunteer for three years.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Kathleen McCoy; her son, William Thomas McCoy and his wife, Kathy Heinz McCoy; her son, John Mac McCoy, Jr; her four grandchildren, William Thomas McCoy, Jr. and his wife, Kathleen McCoy; Kealy McCoy Sutherland and her husband, Sonny Sutherland; Abigail Marina McCoy, and Samuel Thomas McCoy; and her great grandchildren, Amelia Isolde McCoy and Logan Seamus McCoy.
