A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. A dedicated servant to her family and community who was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Preceded in deoth by: Parents, James Carl Sullivan and Nellie Mae Mcguire, 3 Siblings; Bobby Joe Sullivan, Donna Harvey, and Eugene Sullivan.
Survivors: Husband, Bill Vincent; Kimberly Carter and husband Jerry Carter, Kip Vincent and wife Sydney Vincent, Kyle Vincent and wife Tammy Vincent and Keely Vincent.
13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
