Paul graduated from L.D. Bell High School in 1965 and has maintained lifelong friendships with many classmates. He was married to his beloved wife Mickey on November 21, 1998 in Lago Vista, Texas. Together they were business owners of BBQ Outfitters in Southlake, and were graciously involved with the Careity Foundation of Fort Worth, a charity organization that helps economically challenged cancer patients and relief for children with devastating diseases. Above all, he would say his greatest accomplishments were his children.
Paul is remembered for his big heart, infectious sense of humor, work ethic and comical tall tales. He had a powerful and lasting influence with everyone he came in contact with, and he will be the center of every sweet memory when recalling lasting moments in our lives. He grew stronger in faith, mind and character throughout his life and was determined to leave a legacy of kindness, thoughtfulness and love for all people through God’s grace.
Paul came from a musically gifted family. He loved to sing and play guitar. In his presence on most occasions, you could be sure to hear him singing a made-up song out of any situation, just to get a smile or laugh from those around him. He spread this love and passed this gift on to his children and grandchildren.
Survivors: He is survived by his beloved wife of 17 years, Mickey Denison, children Amy and Tommy Richardson, Bret Denison, Danae and Bret McNamara, Ele Chupik; and grandchildren Marcus and Brianna Seaton, Jacob and Joseph Richardson, and Noah Denison. He is survived also by his four sweet sisters, Linda Pampolina, Sue Jones, Ruthie Stivers, and Janene Becker.
