Paula Jean Harmon-Capshaw

Paula Jean Harmon-Capshaw, 73, of Fort Worth, TX, passed away on Sunday August 28, 2022 from Dementia. Paula was predeceased by her parents Paul and Doris Harmon, Maternal Grandparents Lonnie and Juanita Riddle, and Paternal Grandparents Paul and Patricia Harmon, and Gladys Yokum. She is survived by her brother William Jared Harmon and sister Darla Jean Harmon-Boswell. “Aunt Paula” is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Paula spent her childhood years living in North Richland Hills, TX and graduated High School from Richland High School. When she graduated from high school, she went on to earn her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX.

After graduation, Paula decided to pursue a career in elementary education. An avid lover of early childhood, Paula went on to work for over 30 years in education in Birdville ISD. Paula was also an active member and former officer of her education sorority Alpha Delta Kappa. Paula held an interest in traveling the world throughout her life, and explored many different cultures and countries.
