She was recognized many times throughout her career as an outstanding employee working her way up to a shift leader. This would later help her establish herself as a successful small business owner with both Peggy’s Fashions in Killeen, TX and Sunshine Restaurant in Harker Heights, TX.
Peggy valued family above all, and lived near her son, Steven A. Kacir, and his family up to the day of her passing. Known as a cherished grandmother of 4 and a great grandmother of 3, Peggy greatly enjoyed attending all of the family get-togethers, school graduations through college in addition to numerous sporting events, dance recitals and birthdays.
