Pelenatina Feao Ahovelo was born on September 13, 1948 in Folaha, Tonga to Kelekolio and Luisa Vakauta and she passed away on October 13, 2019 in Fort Worth surrounded by her loving family.
She grew up the eldest of eleven sibling in Folaha. Feaomoeata loved being with her children and grandchildren. She was faithful to her church and attended regularly and was very involved with her spiritual community. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mavae Ahovelo, her parents, Kelekolio and Luisa Vakauta and her grandson, Adan Ahovelo.
She is survived by her loving children: Daughter, Mele Tupou and husband, Paula; son, Makisi Ahovelo; son, Esau Ahovelo and wife, Emalata; son, Pelekilino Ahovelo and wife, Siu; and daughter, Kealoha Vaipulu and husband, Epoki. She is also survived by her many precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as brother, sister, nephews, nieces, cousins and a host of friends and church family.
A visitation will begin at 8:00 P.M., Thursday, October 24, 2019 at St Michaels Catholic Church located at 3713 E. Harwood Road, Bedford, Texas 76021. A funeral mass will be held at 12:00Noon on Friday, October 25, 2019 also at St Michaels Catholic Church with interment to follow at Bluebonnet Memorial Park in Colleyville, Texas.
