Philip Anthony Danna

Philip Anthony Danna, of Haslet, TX, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2024 in Fort Worth, TX. He will always be remembered as a loving father, friend and colleague to all that knew and loved him. He was born on Sunday, November 1, 1942 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Vincent Jr. and Doris Danna.

Philip served in the U.S. Army as a medic as well as the Army Reserves. He attended Holy Cross of New Orleans and Louisiana State University.

He played in a band in his earlier years and remained an avid guitar player who greatly enjoyed music and singing. Philip loved animals and the peace and tranquility of country life. He always loved watching football games and trying to coach them through the television. He loved coins and the history behind them.

Philip is survived by his son Tony and his daughter-in-law Amber Danna.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Vincent Danna Jr. and Doris Husser Danna; grandparents, Beatrice DiGregario Danna, and Vincent P. Danna.
