Preston Lee Warner

Preston Lee Warner a.k.a “Fireman Poe” was born on Tuesday, December 10th, 2013 and passed away on Tuesday, July 18th, 2017.

In his short 3 1/2 years on this earth his sweet spirit has changed the lives of all those who knew him. He had a zest for life and adventure. He was always smiling, a caring boy, and loved those around him. He was a berry-loving boy, loving raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and apples. He loved his Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream, McDonalds fries, & Papa John’s cheese sticks. He loved being outside on the swings, especially at Bear Creek Park where he could spend hours with his granddad. He loved trains and firetrucks and the highlight of his day was to see a firetruck go by. He loved snuggles with his big sister and to play with his momma’s hair.

Preston is survived by his mother Elizabeth Warner, sister Milane Warner, and his father Michael Warner, grandmother Vauna Warner, and his grandparents Barbara and Bill Yeck. He is preceded in death by his papi Rick Warner.

The family would like to thank the Bedford first responders, Cook's Children’s Hospital staff, and all those who have shown their love and support.
