Grapevine, TX—Ramon Guevara Carrasco, just celebrated his 82nd birthday on June 7, 2020 and passed away to be with our Lord on Monday July 6, 2020. Funeral: Friday July 10, 2020; Rosary at 1:40 pm and Mass at 2pm located at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 861 Wildwood Ln., Grapevine, TX 76051. Viewing: Saturday July 11, 2020 9 am at Lucas Funeral Home, 700 W. Wall St. Grapevine, TX 76051. Burial at 11 am ,Oak Grove Memorial Garden, 1413 E Irving Blvd, Irving, TX 76060. Ramon was born in Midland, TX on June 7, 1938 to Roman Carrasco and Micaela Guevara. His love for everyone and golf kept him busy. He was full of life and had a wonderful spirit. He knew everyone and loved being with family and friends and you would occasionally see Ramon at the 19th Hole having a cold Bud Light! Dad was a strong man and survived a horrible accident that nearly killed him 3 years ago. He gave his injuries up to the Lord and made a strong recovery with his will and determination.

Ramon was preceded in death by his late parents Roman and Micaela Carrasco; sister, Juanita Munoz; brothers, Mike Carrasco, Manuel Carrasco, Sipriano Carrasco, Avelino Carrasco, and Rudy Carrasco and his ex-wife/mother of his children Beatriz Meraz Carrasco; one daughter, Carmen Carrasco Urias. Survived by two sisters, Carol Hernandez and Mary Escobar; Children; Elizabeth Carrasco, Anthony Ray Carrasco, Michelle Carrasco Fuentes; seven grandchildren: Jennifer Sharrer, Noe Michael Urias, Isabela Carrasco, Lourdes Carrasco, Miranda Carrasco, Camila Carrasco, Mason Fuentes and three great grand-children: Tatum Sharrer, Luke Sharrer, Eden Jude Urias; as well as numerous family and friends.
