EULESS -- Randall Scott Witt, 45, passed away Monday, Sept. 17, 2012, after a long and courageous battle with liver disease.
Graveside service: 10 a.m. Wednesday in Bear Creek Cemetery. Interment: Bear Creek Cemetery.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Randy's name to the Donald Driver Foundation, an organization that is dedicated to providing opportunities and support for families and people that do not have a place to call home.
Randy was born Sept. 9, 1967, in Medina, Ohio. He was a renowned football player for McArthur and Southlake Carroll. Randy grew up to be a dedicated cheese head and recited his wedding vows to his wife on Lambeau Field.
Randy was preceded in death by his mother, Joan Witt; and grandparents, James and Jayne Myers and Edgar and Esther Witt.
Survivors: Wife, Malonna of Euless; daughter, Lauren of Dallas; father, Richard Witt and JoAn of Fairview; sisters, Teri Watters and husband, Bruce, of Hewitt, Patti Witt of Whitesboro, and Wendy Spuza and husband, Dan, of Sanger; and seven nieces and nephews.
