Randy & Marissa Saenz

Arcadio “Randy” Saenz, 56, passed away Sunday, Sept. 12, 2021.

Randy was born April 25, 1965, in Knox City, one of nine children to the late Benny Saenz Sr. and Connie Rivera Saenz. On July 23, 1994, he married the love of his life, Marissa Denise Barrientes, and they began their lives together.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Benny and Connie Saenz.

Survivors include his children, Raynaldo Acuna III of Olney, Sierra Saenz of Haslet, Ezekiel Saenz of San Diego, Calif., and Jake Saenz of Haslet; grandson, Raynaldo Acuna IV of Jacksboro; siblings, Benny Saenz Jr., Cynthia and Ray Guerra, Barbara and Charlie Martinez, Brenda and Pete Martinez, Toby Saenz, Salvador Saenz, Geneva Saenz, Michael Saenz and Pamela Jimenes all of Wichita Falls; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of loving family and friends.

Marissa Denise Barrientes Saenz, 48, passed away Monday, Sept. 13, 2021.

Marissa was born July 28, 1973, in Alice, daughter of the late Raul and Soila Ortiz Barrientes. On July 23, 1994, she married the love of her life, Randy Saenz, and they began their lives together.

Marissa was preceded in death by her parents, Raul and Soila Barrientes; a sister, Audelia Barrientes; and a brother, Alberto Barrientes.

Survivors include her children, Raynaldo Acuna III of Olney, Sierra Saenz of Haslet, Ezekiel Saenz of San Diego, Calif., and Jake Saenz of Haslet; grandson, Raynaldo Acuna IV of Jacksboro; siblings, Roxanna and Jerry Pugh of Falfurrias, Melissa and Gary Garcia of Corpus Christi, Raul and Amanda Barrientes of Olney, Myra Barrientes of Falfurrias; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of loving family and friends.
