Raymond Louis Chidiac, Jr.(Ray Ray), aged 62 years from Euless, Texas, passed away at
home with family on September 3rd, 2023.
Raymond was born September 10th, 1960 in Paterson, New Jersey to loving parents Shirley
Rose (Balady) and Raymond Louis Chidiac, Sr. He grew up in New Jersey in a bustling
household with 6 siblings. There was always the sound of many feet along the floorboards,
much laughter, and some tears. The entire family would eventually come to Texas, settling
some of their roots in the Metroplex area.
Ray Ray loved playing cards, and hours could pass around the table. He enjoyed engaging in
pretend play and bringing laughter to himself and those around him. Ray Ray would never turn
down an opportunity to watch shows or movies on the Turner Classic Movie Channel.
Raymond had a kind soul and reminded us of our mother each and everyday. He was so full of
energy. He had a unique way of telling us when we were wrong or if he was making a point. He
was able to live with different family members and his nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and
grand nephew were able to have so much fun with him. He will surely be missed. Ray Ray, tell
mom and dad and all the others that went before you, we said hello.
Raymond is preceded in death by his father and mother, Raymond Louis Chidiac Sr and Shirley
Rose Chidiac.
Raymond is survived by his siblings, JoAnn Schmidhausler and husband David, Michael
Chidiac and wife Karen, Veronica Rippa and husband Scott, Lawrence Chidiac, James Chidiac,
and Renee Joines and husband Jason; and his 5 nieces, 5 nephews, 1 grand nephew, and 2
grand nieces.
