As 2018 was upon him he told Missie “2018 – This will be our year!” After months of cancer treatments, ups and downs, he never lost his love for life, his family, and his God. **Note from Missie**
Over the course of our marriage, we had conversation about this day, sadly in the recent years these conversations became more frequent. Rays biggest wish in this day is that we celebrate the life he lived and not morn that he is not longer here with us, he decided he did not want any Black wore at his funeral. I have been asked by many his favorite color is Gray. To be honest, when you are all seated and Logan and I walk in to what will be the hardest thing we will ever do, we want to see waves of bright colors reflecting the Light that we know will be Ray. Logan and I can never express our complete appreciation for your love, prayers, and caring in this tremendously hard time.
