After a courageous 6 year battle with cancer, Reba Sharon Sypert, 57, passed away peacefully with family by her side on April 14, 2019. She was born on February 8, 1962 in Dallas, Texas to the late John Wesley Talley Jr. and Katherine Lee Bailey Talley.
Sharon grew up in Texas. She attended Beverly Hills Christian School where she met and married her high school sweetheart in 1978.
She was a dedicated mother and wife first and foremost. However, her life was made complete by her role as Nana. Until her heath condition made it impossible, Sharon would always attend the many, almost daily, activities her grandchildren had going. She truly cherished every moment. She loved her family with every fiber of her being and had a very close relationship with each and every one of them. She was the backbone of the family.
Sharon was preceded in death by her mother, father and brother James Talley. She is survived by her husband, David Sypert; son Alan Sypert and his wife Brandi Sypert; son Brian Sypert and his wife Stormy Sypert; her four grandchildren, Tanner, Duncan, Taylor and Kayden; her brothers Mark Talley and Rick Talley; her sister Cheri Johnson and many nieces and nephews and other relatives.
A graveside service will be held at Burleson Memorial Cemetery on Friday April 19, 2019 at 10:00 am. The family will be greeting friends and relatives directly after the service at Sharon and David’s home.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the SPCA of Texas. Aside from her unconditional love for her family, Sharon had a very special place in her heart for animals.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the many friends, family, coworkers, nurses and doctors for their love and support throughout Sharon’s fight against cancer.
