Rebecca "Becky" Puckett

Rebecca “Becky” Puckett, age 59, born May 23, 1962 in Orlando Florida and passed away February 25, 2022. She was born to James and Marjorie Gould and Becky was blessed with a second set of parents to help raise her, Arnold and Sally Scharf.

Becky was an outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed golf, tennis, hunting, shooting, skiing and fishing. Becky held the National Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame record from 1986 – 1988 for her blue cat catch at Lake Texoma of 70 pounds, 4 ounces.

Becky is survived by her former husband, David Puckett; son, Jason Ramey and his wife Lauren; son, Jimmy Ramey; grandchildren, Zakary, Zoey and Zara Ramey and Logan Ramey; brother, Mike Hensel and Pat Hensel and wife Becky; sister, Sandy Frakes and her husband, Dick; sister, Rosie Foley and her husband, Mal and lifelong friends, Carol Dutilly and Doug Underwood.

She is preceded in death by her father, James Gould; mother, Marjorie Gould; Arnold and Sally Scharf; and sister-in-law, Judy Hensel.

Memorial Service will be held at 2 pm, Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at Lucas Funeral Chapel, 1601 South Main Street, Keller, Texas 76248.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Stand up to Cancer in honor of Marjorie Gould, James Gould, Judith Hensel, JoAnne McCollum and Arnold Scharf.
