René Campos

Rene’ Mauricio Campos, 59, passed away September 16, 2016.

Rene’ was born on October 2, 1956 in Mexico City, Mexico. He moved to Foster City, California in November 1985. He was a kid at heart. He loved the ocean, working in the backyard, traveling, and history. He loved his family more than anything. He was so proud of his family and was a very loyal father, husband, brother and friend. Rene’ will always be remembered for his quick wit and easy smile. He had a special love for children and animals. He took special joy in spending time with his daughters, who were his life, making up countless stories about “The Little Worm” for Kim and having many tea parties with Kelly when they were little.

He leaves behind his wife of 30 years, Tammy, and their two beautiful daughters Kim (25) and Kelly (18) of Keller, Texas. Of his family in Mexico, is his mother, Graciela Diaz, stepfather Henry Diaz, sisters Gaby (husband Ernesto and their children Fernanda and Ernie), Chely (son Diego and Ricky), brother Quique (wife Norma). In California, he is survived by his stepmother Patricia Campos and sisters Lisa (husband Michael, children Jenna and Max) and Andrea. He has his uncle Hector Campos of Michigan, and cousins Stuart Campos (Maria and children Daniel and Isabella, his god-daughter) of Dallas, TX and Debbie Rodriguez (Eddie and children Alex, Rebecca and Paulie) of Capac, MI. He also has a godson Andre, son of Victor (Rene’s brother’s, deceased) and wife Erika of Mexico.

He is proceeded by his father Rene’ Campos Sr., Grandmothers Emma and Adela, and Aunt Judy of Michigan.
