Richard Allen Klein

Richard Allen Klein Jr., 57, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, February 16, 2020. He was the husband of Cory Klein and they shared 24 years together. He was the proud father of Shelby Scego and Madison Klein.

Born in Dallas, Texas he was the son of Richard Sr. and Peggy Klein. He graduated from Mustang High School in Oklahoma and attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Rich worked at The Beck Group for 31 years, he began as an Instrument Man and worked his way up to General Superintendent leading the field operations for the AT&T Alliance work in Dallas/Fort Worth.

Rich is survived by his spouse Cory, children Madison and Shelby, son-in-law Nathan, mother Peggy (and Richard Fletcher), sister Ginger, brother-in-law John and Ammo his four-legged best friend. He was preceded in death by his father Richard Senior.

Rich enjoyed being outdoors whether on the water in a boat fishing, in the woods hunting, at opening day for the Rangers’ or simply being the life of the party. He will be remembered for his outgoing personality and zest for living life to the fullest. Rich didn’t know a stranger and made friends everywhere he went so he is loved by many both family and friends.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 10:30am at Compass Christian Church Colleyville Campus, 2600 Hall Johnson Rd Colleyville, TX 76034. The visitation will be held Wednesday, February 19, 2020 from 6 to 8pm also at the Colleyville Campus in the True North Chapel.
