Richard Clarence Simpson

Richard Clarence Simpson, 71, of Burleson, passed away Friday, January 10, 2020. Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, January 19, 2020 at the Grandview Seventh Day Adventist Church, 12801 South I-35 W, Grandview, Texas 76050. Memorial in lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the non-profit organization: Grandview Area Food Pantry, 12801 South Interstate 35-W, Grandview, TX. 76050, (817) 866-2316. Richard was a friendly and outgoing individual with a big personality. He loved life and he " never met a stranger ". He enjoyed riding his Harley as often as possible. Watching Fords win on race day and volunteering at the food pantry, and most of all, spending time with his family. Richard is survived by his wife of 46 years, Glenda; son, Beau Simpson and his wife Falan; granddaughter, Henzie Simpson; brothers, William Simpson and his wife Karen, Arthur Simpson and his wife Susan, Martin Simpson and his wife Deliegh. He is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews and wonderful cousins.
