Robert "Bob" Gillespie Jr.

Robert "Bob" Gillespie, Jr. passed away on Tuesday, Sept.12, 2017.
He was born in Fort Worth on Jan. 16, 1950. He graduated from Arlington Heights High School in 1968 and attended Tarrant County College. He worked for many years at Texas Refinery Corp as a salesman and sales manager. He was a life long lover of music, playing both guitar and piano. As a teenager he enjoyed being in a local band that played at parties and actually cut a couple of records. Bob looked out for his neighbors, human and animal, and gave warm greetings, always obliging a neighborhood cat with a neck-scratch.
Survivors: Daughter, Morgan Rogers and husband John; grandchildren, Logan and Scott; and brother, Randall Gillespie of Dallas.
