Robert (Bob) Alvis Millican

March 9, 1926 — July 23, 2022

Bob Millican was born in Dallas, Texas to Charles E Millican and Leora Millican on March 9th, 1926. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Evelyn Millican Howard and his beloved wife Martha Christian Millican. Bob proudly served his country in the United States Navy during WWII in the South Pacific. He returned to Fort Worth, Texas and met the love of his life, Martha Christian. They married in in 1950. He worked in the Defense Aircraft Industry for a number years prior to working for the City of Fort Worth as facilities manager at Will Rodgers Coliseum, Fort Worth Children’s Museum, Fort Worth Modern Arts Museum and William E Scott Theater. Bob was well loved by many for his dry sense of humor and wit that was shared with all the people he met in his career, his life and by his extended family. Bob was young at heart, always positive and enjoyed life to it’s fullest. A life well lived.
