Robert Lee Parks Sr., resident of Fort Worth, TX, formerly of Ryan, OK, passed away on January 31st, 2025 at home at the age of 82 years.
Robert Lee Parks Sr. was born on December 31st, 1942 in Ryan, OK, to Robert Barron and Johnnie Parks, and was 1 of 9 children. He graduated Halton High School and later joined the Army from 1963 to 1964, later going into the grocery business for 48 years, ending that career at Adams Spice Extract. He later became a Range Master at a local gun range for an additional 10 years.
He was a loving father and husband and known as a family man. He enjoyed activities such as hunting, car shows, camping, and traveling.
He is survived by his spouse; Betty, his son; Randy and wife Patricia, daughter; Karye McKinney and spouse Zack, daughter-in-law; Beverly Lampley, sister; Nell Story and spouse David Story, grandchildren; Jessica, James, Cody, and Collin, Stephen Edward, Nicole Clary, and Kelsey Bullock, as well as 6 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by parents; Robert Barron and Johnnie Bell Parks, son; Robby Parks, and 7 siblings.
