Robyn Wood Naaman, 52, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on July 4, 2022 from her battle with a
long-term illness. She was born in Amarillo, TX on September 29, 1969 to James Wood and Mary
Lou (Wood) Simpson. Robyn spent her early years in Canyon, TX, and moved in her teens with her
family to Arlington, TX. She spent most of the rest of her life in the Arlington-Fort Worth area. She
was a dedicated IT professional the majority of her working career.
Robyn had a passion for traveling, photography, cooking, and her dogs. Over the years she traveled
throughout much of Europe with her husband and son, and always said Italy was her favorite. Her
love of photography grew over the years, and she took countless photos of her many travel
adventures and of her dogs. She also developed a love for cooking. She enjoyed cooking for herself
and others, even once attending a cooking class in Prague, Czech Republic.
Robyn is survived by her husband Paul Naaman, mother Mary Lou Simpson, son Zackery Wood,
brother Jeremy Wood, and nephew Chandler Wood, all of Fort Worth, Tx.
Visitation with the family will take place on July 7, 2022 at 6-8 pm at Lucas Funeral Homes in Hurst,
TX. Graveside Services will be held at the Smithfield Cemetery in North Richland Hills on July 8,
2022 at 10:00 am.
